Install new shutoff and drip leg to bring water heater up to code for real estate inspection. Also removed copper gas line and replaced with steel piping.

Install Pro Series backup sump pump. The 2400 sump pump the best battery backup that money can buy. In terms of reliability and performance this unit is second to none.
Reroute gas line to go Under steps from meter.

This toilet would not flush all the way and became fully clogged. This toilet also happen to have a faulty fill valve which caused the water level to rise inside of the bowl. When a fill valve continues to run and wast water it usually runs down the drain. Since the toilet was clogged it could have flooded the house. Luckily the homeowner turned off the water and we were able to auger the toilet and replace the fill valve.
50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Removing two 40 gallon water heaters and going back to the single tank.
